Hello everyone! I've started a new blog and website home page. For those of you who would like to follow my photography work and receive discounts from my clients, please view my blog and subscribe. Hi Everyone, Im updating my email list and there are now 86,549 subscribers worldwide. If you are receiving this email it is because we met at an event or worked together, or I obtained your email by referral through colleagues and friends. These email updates (see example below) will provide photography related information for: Publicists and event producers who work with WireImage. Commercial Clients for print advertising Corporate Clients consumer products and services Actors and Models for head shots and portfolios Some my already have received the update below, but I sending it for those who did not. Rally for Kids with Cancer As an Exclusive WireImage event I sponsored a Pit Stop for the event and set up a 10 x 8 foot canvas provided by an artist. The canvas had the word Cancer painted on it. Celebrities had two minutes to wipe out Cancer with their paints using their hands, brushes and rollers. Celebrities and sports personalities put on painting smocks (we used surgical scrubs) which they decorated with paint as well. I photographed all the activities printed photographs which they signed. That evening during the gala dinner the items sold for $22,500.00 at the live auction. The idea here was to allow talent to create a piece of art outside of their normal work for the benefit of others, so keep in mind that there are other concepts that might be best suited for your event. Everyone had a blast and the images were also placed on the front page of WireImage. So far we have had photo placement in 11 publications.
